By accessing the SHIFT website and purchasing our modular footwear products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site and our products immediately.
2. Product Usage & Safety Warning
SHIFT footwear utilizes a proprietary interchangeable sole system. To ensure your safety and the product’s performance:
- Users must ensure the sole module is fully engaged and “locked” according to the provided instruction manual before any athletic activity.
- Modules must only be used for their intended sport (e.g., do not use Studio modules for outdoor turf sports).
- SHIFT is not liable for injuries resulting from improper installation, wear-and-tear of the locking mechanism, or use of the product outside of its intended athletic parameters.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the unique design of the SHIFT modular system, is the exclusive property of SHIFT. You may not reproduce, “reverse engineer” our sole attachment mechanics, or redistribute our designs without express written consent.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the SHIFT Chassis. However, individual Sole Modules must be returned in “Like New” condition. If a module shows signs of heavy outdoor use or structural damage due to misuse, SHIFT reserves the right to deny the return or exchange.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SHIFT, its directors, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the modular system. While we strive for peak performance, athletic activity carries inherent risks, and by using SHIFT, you assume all responsibility for your physical safety during use.
