At SHIFT, we want to ensure you have the perfect grip for every move. If your gear isn’t performing exactly how you expected, we’re here to help you get back in the game.

30-Day Performance Trial

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We encourage you to try on your SHIFT chassis and modules indoors to ensure the fit and locking mechanism meet your standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The Chassis: Must be in original condition, free of scuffs, odors, or visible outdoor wear.
  • Sole Modules: Must be returned in their original packaging. Due to the high-performance nature of our soles, we cannot accept returns on modules that show signs of outdoor use, “clogging” from field play, or structural abrasion.
  • Bundles: If you purchased a “Multi-Sport Starter Pack,” all modules and the chassis must be returned together to receive a full refund to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal (link below) and enter your order number.
  2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We offer free exchanges for different sizes of the same chassis or module type within the 30-day window, provided the original item is in “like-new” condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your modular locking system is defective or a sole has failed prematurely, please contact our Performance Team immediately. We stand by our engineering and will replace defective hardware at no cost to you.
